We has been called to found fault in vaillant combi domestic boiler. What we found is that any uncompetent person who installed it in the past just did it wrong. We could clearly see that there is something not right with the flue pipe. And we were right! Horizontal flue has been fitted on flat roof instead of vertical wich is wrong. Condensing and rain water was leaking to inside the boiler and cause minor damage to all apliance components. Also it was very dangerous for all ocupiers of the property.

We quickly swap flue pipe for right one and switch the boiler on so customer could have heating and hot water back. The property is now warm and Gas Safe.
