Rob’s Decorators used to work for this client when he lived in Fulham, and he recently asked us to work on his new five bedroom house in Herne Hill, South East London. He asked if we could decorate his home while he was on holiday. Of course we could!

The work took all our painting and decorating skills to complete. Our painters and decorators removed wallpaper from the chimney breast and future wall in the living room, made good water-damaged walls and ceilings arising from water leaks. Badly painted woodwork from the past required filling in and sanding. Cracks and holes on walls and ceilings were also corrected by our Polish specialists. On this project we used water-based Farrow and Ball paints, which require proper surface preparation before painting. Our client chose the right colours and the final effect was just amazing. Finishing touches like re-varnishing of banister and bathroom woodwork gave this house a distinctive look and a real homely atmosphere.
